Proposed Development at Lawn Farm, Drake Street, Welland

We are Planning Consultants instructed to advise in respect of proposals for
potential development of Lawn Farm, Drakes Street, Welland for a mixed tenure
residential led scheme for approximately 80 units, including open space, revised
access and drainage attenuation measures.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you, as local resident, to an
exhibition and briefing event to be held at Welland Parish Hall on Tuesday 8th
November 2011. It is intended that this will be an informal event between 12
Noon and 8.00pm with the opportunity to view the proposals on illustrative
exhibition boards.

Details of the proposals will be available and members of the consultancy team
will be on hand to answer any queries. There will be the opportunity to make
written comments.
